We require the dog parents to be home for the first grooming, after the first grooming  we have clients who leave a key or a code for us to come in, You don’t have to be there, this makes it super easy for you and your family.    

Usually within 1 in half hour for small dogs and 2 in half for large sizes dogs.  Everything is depens on pet’s behavior,  coat conditions and the type of haircut that you want.

We conveniently accept all way of payment, All credit cards, cash, check, Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, Apple Pay.

On the average,  dogs should be groomed every 4 or 6 weeks, cats every 6 or 8 weeks, Of course, this is depends on the owner’s ability to do daily brushes, and also depends on your pet’s breed, coat, and how often your pet’s is outside.

We do not allow dogs parents to be inside the van during the grooming process. We have learned that dogs can get distracted by their parents and this also interferes with the forming of a trusting relationship between the dog and the groomer. We do offer a tour of the van to dogs parents interested in understanding the process.
